Jonathan Beyer, Ph.D.
Thank you for viewing my webpage. I am happy returning to professional social work practice after several years of being a stay at home mom. While I enjoyed watching my children grow, I also pursued continuing education and current state licensure. Prior to starting a family, I worked as a children’s therapist at Northwood Children’s Services in Duluth. I also worked four years as a Mental Health Practitioner in the Cass Lake Day-Treatment with elementary and high school students.
I am currently providing clinical social work services to children and adults. As I complete my final year of supervised clinical hours, I am working with a licensed independent clinical social worker per requirements of the Minnesota State Social Work Board.
My areas of competency are within issues of grief and loss, family, social, and intimate relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, as well as childhood emotional and behavioral issues.
Outside the office, I enjoy winter snowshoeing, summer gardening, camping, teaching Sunday School, and crafting with any leftover time.Type your paragraph here.
