Laurie Beyer

As a psychotherapist, I appreciate opportunities to “meet individuals and families where they are at;” allowing space for authentic self-awareness, therapeutic connection, and new learning to take place. In doing so, each session is shaped by clients’ unique narratives and experiences in the unfolding of a story that guides treatment approaches and inspires positive change and enhanced well-being. In addition to the unfolding of client’s stories, a collaboration of meaning-making promotes forward momentum towards hopeful and chosen aspirations.

My experiences and areas of interests are in helping clients navigate different types of grief and loss, healing from family or personal traumas, matters related to codependency, anxiety, depression, as well as stress related to work, school, and relationships. My practice offers an inviting and supportive environment with easy access to parking and a quiet reception area.
